Course 4: Braised beef short ribs and slow cooked leeks over creamy ratatouille polenta. Paired w/ Black Wolf and Potter’s Craft Cider.

Course 5: Belgian chocolate and caramel cream mini profiterole. Paired w/ WolfINstein and Castle Hill Gravity.

Course 6: Coconut crème caramel with candied pineapple. Paired w/ WW Area 151* and Foggy Ridge Pippin Gold.
