Wild Wolf Brewing Company is excited to announce Chris Jack as their new Executive Chef. A native Virginian with most of his time spent in Gloucester, Chris Jack will bring a unique style of Southern Soul cuisine to Wild Wolf Brewing Company. His philosophy in regards to food is “Simplicity, let the ingredients speak for themselves. Let a tomato be a tomato!”
Chris is excited to have the opportunity to work with Brewmaster Danny Wolf to incorporate the Company’s award winning beer as an established ingredient as well as creating unique pairings.
Wild Wolf’s emphasis on fresh, local ingredients is exemplified in their current menu by featuring meat, fish and produce locally sourced within a thirty mile radius. With his prior experience as head chef at Zynodoa, Chris Jack will continue these partnerships and create new and exciting menu items with these regional ingredients.
A believer that “low and slow” does yield the most flavor, Chris Jack will redefine what it means to cook and eat in Nelson County!
