We tried 2 of the new appetizers, the calamari & also the risotto balls both outstanding.for an entree I had the “Smoked Chicken, Potato Gnocchi in a lemon garlic sauce with blackberries watercress and candied lemon peels”. This blew my mind. The flavor so all popped in my mouth the gnocchi was perfectly prepared and it rounded out with that smoked chicken. Wow friends this new chef is an artist!

This place is just awesome! We had the ginger beer which was phenomenal. I had the Reuben sandwich which was the best Reuben I’ve ever had – the bread is homemade and super fresh, and the corned beef is smoked in house and incredibly flavorful. We also had the risotto fritters which were amazing. We finished off the meal with the strawberry shortcake which was amazing! Everything that happens is happening at Wild Wolf Brewing Company. Every year for the past 5 years there is a group of us that stays at one of the cabins at Montebello. We visited Wild Wolf for the first time last year and found it very enjoyable. When trying to find a rehearsal dinner spot we wanted something that was low key yet intimate. AJ Becerra did an amazing job accommodating our crowd. We didn’t have a lot of people yet they were able to still make the venue look cozy and romantic in a semi-large space. The inside is all wood and really brings a rustic and romantic vibe.
