House Made and smoked mozzarella over savory shortbread cookie with a roasted beet puree and strawberry foam
Course 2: (choose one)
Petite filet mignon with a potato gratin, braised radish, topped with shrimp butter
Lavender smoked chicken with grilled sweet potato and heirloom carrots topped with a cherry salsa and oregano chocolate branches
Vegetarian option ~ Creamed carrot risotto w/ sweet peas & wild mushrooms
Course 3:
Ginger poached pear with a marscarpone cheese cake filling served with a spiced pomegranate sauce and topped with ginger beer spiced cotton candy
