12 Reasons to Love Wild Wolf
Make sure to say hello to the chickens and ducks in our hopyard. The entirely chemical-free hopyard is just one aspect of our continuing efforts to be sustainable. We are thrilled to be Virginia’s Green Brewery of the Year in 2015 and 2016!
We make great beer in a fantastic location, true. But the food is awesome too! Our culinary team is creating delicious locally sourced farm-to-fork cuisine that is the delight of Nelson County.
Our on-site event center with fully equipped kitchen is ready to host your next private event in a beautiful rustic-chic space. Our Event Coordinator will help plan weddings, rehearsal dinners, special parties, and corporate events. With seating for up to 140, outdoor space in our beautiful courtyard, private bathrooms, and much more, our Event Center is the perfect place for a special day.
Cheers!
July Hop Picking
Our Hop Garden is an important part of our Brewery. We are committed to brewing the best beer possible and that starts with solid ingredients. We harvest hops a few times a year. Prime harvest time is late July to end of August depending on a variety of factors. Its a tedious process and important that you don’t pick the hops too early
