Brewed with traditional Saaz hops, this Czech style Pils is exceptionally crisp and clean. Straw in color, with a toasted, bready malt aroma and medium hop bitterness. (Available On Tap and Cans)

Brewed with both Orange Blossom and Texas wildflower honey for enhanced flavor and aroma. Blonde Hunny is a Belgian style Blonde Ale with wheat and a lot of honey in every pour. We have also added a special spice blend to give it an added kick. Smooth and refreshing, this beer is straw yellow in color with a slight sweetness in the middle and an estery finish characteristic of the best Belgian beers. (Available On Tap and Cans)

Area 151 is named for our location on Highway 151. This Belgian style ale has REAL blackberries added during fermentation, giving the beer a beautiful color. We filter 151 prior to packaging to add a crispness and to help bring the fruit forward. At Wild Wolf, we think beer first, fruit second! (Available On Tap and Cans)

This copper color Scottish style ale has layers of roasted caramel malts, with just a touch of smoked malt for a delicious, easy to drink ale. (Available On Tap)

Formerly named Nutty Wolf, we have renamed this beer in honor of our beautiful Nelson County. Nelsonite was deposited over a billion years ago in formations in Nelson and surrounding counties and is now the State Rock of Virginia. This brown ale pours bright amber with notes of chestnut, toffee, and earth on the nose. The medium bodied ale is exceptionally smooth with wonderful nutty and roast flavors, balanced by a rich malt backbone.

An American IPA, Primal Instinct exhibits the best qualities of American- grown hops. We’ve blended five different malts to create a strong malt- harvested Cascade hops grown in our very own hopyard. This blend imparts robust aromatic and tasting notes of tropical citrus and resiny pine. (Available On Tap and Cans)

Beer styles collide as this hoppy amber lager highlights the best characteristics of a lager, IPA and malty ale – all in one sip! It warmed our hearts to have the opportunity to make this special brew with Wintergreen Adaptive Sports. A portion of the proceeds will go to support Wintergreen Adaptive Sports – all we see are possibilities!

This beer recognizes the deep agriculture and manufacturing history of Virginia, specifically the James River Steam Brewery and Cellars. This brewery operated in Richmond from 1866-1879 and produced beer without the use of refrigeration. Likewise, this lager was fermented at and above the usual temperature of an ale yeast. Still crisp and clean like a lager, but with a subtle taste of our amazing Virginia heritage.

This dark sour beer has just the right amount of sour notes to please the avid sour beer lover, but it is still easy to drink for the non-initiated. Enjoy the brown sugar and chocolate nose and the tart cherry on the finish. (Available On Tap Only)

A dark, rich stout; black in color with a tan head. Our American Stout has a rich mouthfeel, a rich dark chocolate taste, and a slightly roasty middle. This beer finishes with a little hop bitterness to round it all out.

This beer exhibits wonderful layered caramel, toffee and bready notes backed by an amazing American hop finish.

Amber in color, with a mild Cascade hop character, this beer is extremely well balanced with low bitterness and a strong malt backbone. This full bodied ale has an initial malt sweetness, followed by a moderate caramel flavor. (Available On Tap Only)

Our Russian Imperial Stout is aged before it is released for sale. This amped up stout is all about more malt, more hops and more flavor! Velvety smooth and well rounded, with an abundance of chocolate, roast coffee and malt flavors that are backed up by a seriously hoppy finish. (Available On Tap and Cans)

Danny Wolf’s interests in both horticulture and brewing have shaped Wild Wolf Brewing Company since we opened in 2011. His personal influence is evident not only in the character of our delicious beers, but also in the appearance of the facility and grounds. Learn more…
