Junior Sous Chef
Full Time
This new position has been created due to the fact that we are adding a 140 seat events facility on our 10 acre property in addition to the existing 300 seats. Position reports to the Executive Chef.
We are a farm to fork restaurant with everything made in house including bread. We purchase whole/partial animals fed on our spent grain from the brewery and have also begun a meat curing & charcuterie program. We compost all of our kitchen scraps in order to create rich soil for our in-house gardens. We also have our own chickens and utilize the eggs they produce. The majority of our meats and produce come from farms less than 50 miles from our restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be a strong line cook, have some management experience, as well as a passion for cooking with beer and local products.
